For our students at the LSE Legal Advice Centre, it means showing up for real people facing real challenges, and making a difference that matters beyond the lecture hall.

🌟 The Legal Advice Centre is recruiting student volunteers for 2026/27 across nine specialist clinics, including Immigration, Family Law, Refugee Law, Homelessness, Miscarriages of Justice and more.

Open to LSE law students entering their 2nd or 3rd year (LLB/BA Law & Anthropology) and LLM/MSc Law & Finance students. Full training provided.

Dr Roxana Willis has been awarded funding for Toxic Towns: Transforming Waste Law from the Grassroots Up, a two-year project exploring waste law and environmental justice through community-led research, including laying the foundations for the UK's first Waste Law Clinic. The team recently visited Corby to engage with residents connected to the toxic waste scandal that inspired Netflix's Toxic Town. βš–οΈπŸŒ
