It’s always rewarding when a previous client chooses us again.

After previously completing their kitchen extension and full property renovation, they invited us back to build an additional extension to the rear of the garage—creating a dedicated playroom and dance room for the children.

The completed property now includes:

✅ Two en-suites and a family bathroom
✅ Walk-in wardrobe
✅ Dedicated study
✅ Open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge

The new kitchen is taking shape, with cabinetry now being installed in this bright, open-plan space. The large opening brings in plenty of natural light and connects the kitchen with the garden and patio.

A brighter, more welcoming home in West Wickham ✨

This 5m kitchen extension and ground floor transformation brings in plenty of natural light, with a feature skylight, warm LED detailing and a spacious kitchen island.

Finished with Amtico flooring and underfloor heating, the new layout also includes a separate utility room and a dedicated study.

🏗️ WEST WICKHAM PROJECT — END OF WEEK SIX

Six weeks into this major renovation, all internal structural works have been completed and the property has been plastered internally.

The ground floor has been completely opened up to create one large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, with the space now ready for the new kitchen installation.

The first floor has also been reconfigured to provide:

• Two additional bedrooms
• A new bathroom
• A utility area
• A dedicated study room

These alterations will increase the property from three-and-a-half bedrooms to five-and-a-half bedrooms, creating a far more practical and spacious family home.

A huge amount has been achieved in six weeks, and the transformation is now ready to move into the finishing stages.
