Yesterday was Wednesday and that can only mean one thing at The Elms Csmps... Water Wednesday!

With the sunshine out, our campers had the perfect excuse to cool off, laugh with friends and enjoy one of the highlights of the week. There’s nothing quite like a bit of water-filled fun to create unforgettable summer memories!

Every week at camp brings something different, and our themed days are always a huge hit!

Our campers had to listen carefully, react quickly and beat their teammates to the cone. It might look like a simple game, but it’s brilliant for developing listening skills, concentration, reaction speed, coordination and quick decision-making all while keeping everyone laughing!

At The Elms, we love turning skill development into games that children can’t wait to play again. Because when learning feels like fun, everyone wins.

🌈 Colour Run = SUCCESS! 🎉

One of our favourite special event days is back... and what a day it was! By the end of the run, our campers had gone from head to toe in every colour imaginable, looking like walking rainbows and loving every second of it!

The smiles, the laughter and the unforgettable memories are what make days like this so special. It’s just one of the many themed events we run throughout the holidays to give children an experience they’ll be talking about long after camp has finished.

Aim. Throw. Score!

Today’s challenge was all about accuracy with our Speed Shot inflatable! The campers put their throwing skills to the test, aiming for the different target holes and seeing who could score the most points.

It might look like simple fun, but activities like this help children develop hand-eye coordination, concentration, motor skills and confidence all while cheering each other on and having a brilliant time.

🧊 Don’t Break the Ice! 🧊

Today’s challenge had campers thinking fast and moving even faster! The mission? Jump from hoop to hoop without “breaking the ice”, collect a ball from the other side of the hall and race back to your team.

It might look like just a game, but it’s packed with opportunities to develop balance, coordination, agility, listening skills and teamwork all while having an amazing time.
