Two weeks after we visited a primary school in Manchester, a Year 4 pupil used the recovery position on a friend who fainted in the playground. The teacher said the child was calm, confident, and knew exactly what to do. That is what one Save a Life session can do. EYFS to Year 6.

Using VR headsets, the children visited the Colosseum, walked through a Roman town, and stood at Hadrian's Wall — all from their classroom in Sutton.

This is why we do what we do. Bringing history to life so vividly that a 9-year-old says it's "the best thing I have ever done." That's the bar.
