We are delighted to share that St Paul’s met all five of the required standards after being visited by a team of nine inspectors from the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) in January.

The inspectors were particularly impressed by our co-curricular programme, choosing to recognise it as a “significant strength”. The report highlights how our provision encourages confidence, fosters new friendships, and helps pupils in their academic, sporting and creative pursuits. We are delighted to share that our work across Diversity, Equality and Inclusion has been recognised by multiple national publications. Recently, we won the category for Developing Student Voice in the Education Choices Magazine Awards, and we have just been shortlisted for the Independent School of the Year Award for Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Justice.

The work we do to ensure our school is a welcoming and inclusive space is incredibly important. Whether it is our Inclusion Alliances, our Equality Societies, or our efforts in developing Character Education, we are working hard to ensure St Paul's is a place where everyone can succeed as their best and most authentic selves.

Thank you to both the Independent Schools of the Year Awards and Education Choices Magazine for these recognitions.

There are still a few places left on our Summer Arts Camp, which is available for Upper Second - Upper Third students. The course runs from the 8-12 July, 9am-3pm. Led by Briony Bower and returning SPJ Director of Drama, Jonathan Boustead, as well as a host of exceptionally talented industry professionals to teach a wide variety of skills. This looks to be a really exciting week with highlights to include; the renowned performance artist and writer Kat François conducting a spoken word and performance poetry workshop; Vic Cripps leading a dynamic graffiti class; Will Rawlins running a special effects theatrical makeup session; and Phillip Price, the director of Custard Storm, offering an interactive circus skills experience.

This course is also available to those at local schools, so if your son has a sibling within the age category they are also invited to attend. There are only 22 spaces available, so make sure you get your space before it’s gone!
