Our aim is to inspire as well as help you gain the knowledge, skills and confidence you need to create and teach outstanding indoor cycling classes! We have course levels for both qualified fitness professionals and enthusiasts who want to get into teaching for the first time. Courses are created and led by UK based international presenter and coach Debbie Kneale, who has earned a reputation for excellence worldwide with her passion and skills and her ability to make learning natural and fun. Since 2001 live and 2009 online, instructors in over 43 countries have trained with us and overwhelmingly rated us as '5 star - Excellent' in post course feedback. 10 years! We are so proud of you Becky! πŸ₯³

10 years ago to the day, I qualified as a Performance cycling instructor. I can honestly say it’s one of the best things I have ever done in my life. Being a cycling/spin instructor is incredible. All them years ago I never believed I had the confidence and fitness to do something like this.I have the lovely Sasha to thank for the encouragement, advice and for trusting me with my own class (just one week after qualifying). Over the years I have met so many wonder people in my classes, which I am proud to call friends. A massive thank you to all the gyms, gyms management and staff that I have had the pleasure to work with over the years, everyone of you are wonderful. To my husband for always supporting me so I can do a job I absolutely love ❀️.
My final thank you to all the amazing people that come to classes, week in week out. It is your continuous support that lets me be able to do what I love. Thank you everyone ! Here’s to many more classes together 😊
