Josh helps midlife professionals build new careers of fulfilment, balance and financial freedom.

Prior to coaching, he spent twenty years working as a corporate lobbyist. He trained with CTI and then when he found many of his clients struggling with career change, he completed Firework to give him that specific expertise.

He works with clients around the world, both 121 and in group programmes. He helps his clients decide what they want to do next in their careers and then how to make that happen, through business strategy coaching for coaches, freelancers and new entrepreneurs.
