NHS England have published updated guidance on ‘staying safe from su***de’. (4th April 2025) – last updated 11th June 2025. In the light of this important guidance this interactive workshop will include working collaboratively and flexibly in adapting risk assessments. There will also be a brief review of recent research. Group exercises will include REBT cognitive and behavioural approaches in both safety planning and building hope for the future.

Welcome to the Association for Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (AREBT) National Conference, 2025. This year the conference theme is: Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy for the 21st Century: Flexibility, Adaptation, and Innovation.

The conference will focus on how REBT continues to evolve while remaining grounded in first principles. This includes therapy and coaching domains.

This virtual conference will be held on Tuesday 2nd to Wednesday 3rd December, 2025. Conference keynotes and papers will be held on Day 1. On Day 2 we will be holding workshops.
