What a year of progress! 🔥

Not only a physical transformation, but also massive strength gains:

💪 Bench press: 25 kg - 52.5 kg
💪 Lat pulldown: 32 kg - 59 kg
💪 Leg press: 30 kg - 112.5 kg
💪 Romanian deadlift: 35 kg - 72.5 kg

This is what consistency, patience, and hard work look like. Every session, every rep, every small step adds up and the results speak for themselves. 💥

So proud of this progress and can’t wait to see what the next year brings! 🙌

Sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest difference. Today I hit a new pb on my hip thrusts, by adding more weight, changing the exercise order, and swapping the bench for a plyo box. 💪

It’s not just about the numbers. It’s about showing up for yourself, trusting the process, and challenging your body in the right way. Every rep, every session, every small tweak adds up. 🥳

Strength isn’t just physical, it’s mental too. Every personal best is a reminder that you’re capable of more than you think. 🫶
