The Association of Law Teachers are looking for contributors for a special issue of the Law Teacher journal, focusing on wellbeing and resilience among law students and legal educators.
This special issue will explore wellbeing and resilience through holistic and interdisciplinary perspectives, considering complex tensions that can arise between personal, technological, cultural, community, organisational, structural, and political contexts.
The Association for Law Teachers are seeking contributions (up to 10,000 words) from authors across the global community that provide thoughtful analysis and fresh insights into these important issues.

In November, Patricia McKellar, Dean of UG Laws, attended graduation ceremonies held in prisons in Kenya and Uganda. 🎓
The graduates were prisoners, ex-prisoners and prison offices who had studied for their degree in the prison. Many of them had to overcome significant barriers to obtain their degree which has been a significant achievement. They are supported in their studies by the charity Justice Defenders (https://www.justice-defenders.org/ )
