Hey jewellers! ⚒️ Have you been thinking about signing up for one of our Diplomas but still aren’t quite sure if it’s for you? 🤔🎓
This week’s Podcast episode takes a deep dive into all the reasons why these courses are so valuable - in addition to all the awesome skills you will learn! 🙌
I’m joined by the lovely Kelly from who many of you will know from our ‘Diploma Diaries’ posts last year 📖
Kelly recently completed the Diploma In Silver Jewellery, and this September she will be back as a student on our new Diploma In Wax Jewellery ⭐️
During our chat we discuss all the benefits you get from a Diploma and why they are so much better than other forms of online learning 💕
These include things like structure, accountability, 1-2-1 mentoring, and community support ✨
To hear more and listen to our conversation in full, head to the link in my bio, or comment PODCAST below and I’ll send it by DM 🎧🙂

Hey jewellers! ❤️ My name is Jess, and in this post I just wanted to share a little more about me, my world, and why I love being here and connecting with you! 🫶
The jewellery-making community on Instagram is such an amazing and supportive one, and I am so happy to be a part of it 💍
Come share a little more about yourself in the comments and let me know where you are and what kind of jewellery you love to make ⚒️
I can’t wait to get to know you too! 💫
All the love, Jess xx
One of my favourite wax jewellery tools! 🙌 Come and try the Foredom electric wax carver with me ❤️
Do you use a heat pen for wax jewellery? If so come and share about it below 👇
Whilst a soldering iron or a ‘max wax heat pen’ is a perfect and affordable place to start with wax, I have recently switched to using this tool, it feels high quality and I can get great control with it.
This type of tool is especially ideal for the ‘build up technique’ which is included in our one-year Diploma in Wax Jewellery course ⚒️
Whatever you are using it for, this type of wax jewellery making is such fun and I can’t wait to do more of it!
Feel free to ask questions or comment below to help fellow makers too 🙂

As we are fast approaching the end of our Diploma enrolment for 2026, I just wanted to share a little insight into what some of our past graduates are up to now 🎓
From creating sell-out collections and opening shops, to teaching, exhibiting, winning awards and even writing books, I am always so proud of our students and thrilled to see the amazing things they go on to achieve 🙌
They are all incredible jewellers and truly lovely people, and my team and I are so honoured to have had a little part to play in their jewellery journeys ⚒️
All the jewellers in this carousel have successfully followed their dreams, and I can’t wait to help a new intake of awesome students follow theirs 💍
Whether you are looking to build or grow a business of your own, or simply want to fulfil a love of learning new skills and techniques, we’d love to have you join us in September 🫶

Who else loves a frosted finish on their jewellery? 🤩❄️
Give me a 🙌 in the comments if you do!
A frosting wheel is a great tool for achieving this look.
They come in different grades of coarseness and need to be used in a pendant motor or other rotary tool 💫
They can look a little scary but they won’t hurt your fingers - just make sure you ALWAYS wear eye protection in case any of the spikes detach and fly off 🥽🥽🫣
If you’d like to know more about these tools, or are interested in other options for finishing your jewellery then our online ‘Polishing & Finishing’ course is for you ✨
It covers lots of different tools, tips and techniques and takes you through each process step by step 🙌
Just comment ‘POLISH’ below for a link via DM 🔗

Come take a closer look at our Diplomas; and all the beautiful things you can learn to make on them! 💍✨
This carousel shows the range of projects we teach on our three-tiered Diploma programme (in order, with roughly two slides for each level) 🎓
If you’ve completed one of the courses before then let me know in the comments which projects were your favourites ⬇️

Our Diplomas are carefully structured to allow anyone to progress from complete beginner, all the way to confident creator of advanced-level fine jewellery in just three years 🔥💪
And this post shows you exactly what that could look like in terms of the pieces you can make 👑
If you’d like more details just head to the shortcut in my bio or comment ‘LINK’ below and I’ll send a DM 📧
