No classes this week….

Next class will be Sunday 25th June (triyoga online and all as usual after that).

Here are 2 easy Feldenkrais lessons. The first is a nice quick feldy boost. The second is powerful for yoga practitioners wanting to improve mudra meditation (excuse wall paper…just moved into that house at the time). Both good for the back,hips,shoulders,hands and soothing the nervous system.
