Enriching critical perspectives of the future: Digital Innovation Season at Central Saint Martins, February 2024

A programme of public talks and student workshops in person and broadcasting on Youtube.

Our 2024 theme is ‘Planetary Sensing’. Bringing a ‘planetary’ perspective to the climate crisis, social impact and cutting edge technologies, and understanding how digital technologies can be applied and leveraged towards propositions for a resilient planet.

Throughout the season, meet some of the UK-based artists and designers working in this space across geographies, technologies and intelligence. They are inspired by planetary systems and surveillance, outer space and civic space, and they are developing philosophies, practices, and perspectives that transport us across space and time.
