We all do it to self & others.

When on self, think that criticism is just like a lceying baby that wants attention.

No need to ignore the signals, but is important to realise the words being used are of a hungry baby (weird analogy but read along).

This means, you can listen to it without identifying yourself with the mean words, but you have to understand what is the need.

This is just a note for self.

Asking for help from a family, friend, mentor, coach has maybe felt difficult as a high achiever before.

It is however, a really important step in being a business owner, a team player or even just.

It shows maturity & often helps the team & progress roll beyond the “I can do it all by myself” ego.

Neuro linguistic programming has helped me tremendously in finding the right reframes to see when I need to ask for help.

ATTITUDE is the thing that radically changed my life.
The first time I head the idea of having a “champion attitude” from my world class coach & mentor was in ballroom dancing.

Then, I have experienced the magic of competitive performance, surrounded by competitive high-achievers & then my coach that was always insisting & inspiring us to watch out for out attitude.

When we had to step into the studio, we HAD to have “the champion attitude”.

He wouldn’t allow us to step in or would kick us out of the studio if we didn’t.

Now to see the importance of this in my day to day, in business, in relationships.

my take is: Think of the bigger picture when you don’t feel like it.

my opinion: Sometimes you have to look at the bigger picture, remind yourself of the bigger impact your life has. Because it does, esepcially when you feel a bit stuck. Your impact is huge through small steps. Think of the butterfly effect. Remember, to create the peace for yourself first.

True story.

I started my career as a Graphic & Web designer in high school and always thought I was not creative. Until I was 22 I was convinced so..

At 22 decided to change that belief and now ever since my creativity grows and grows.

So, changing the beleifs about me being creative alone helped me create the space to well.. create..

Then interestingly enough… when you avoid judging your creation, but are curious about it it felt to me like my brain was okay with “speaking to me” more.

And with a hint of spirituality, I believe this also that letting judgement pass by you, just like in meditation it allows for more magic to happen, more inspiration & divinity.

There is a popular quote: “Where your attention energy goes your energy flows & actions follow”

Focusing on how wer are perceived by others, “keeping up with the Joneses” & all that jazz, are the route to live an unfulfilling life.

Why?
Because it takes out your authenticity, sets some weird expectations that people just showcase without the reality of your life.

Many influencers do that too, sometimes not intentionally as that is how social media is played most of times.

However, your awareness & acknowledgment is your best card to play!
