Tucked away in the heart of Seville’s Santa Cruz district, Las Teresas quickly became our favourite local hangout. From plates of jamón Ibérico carved to perfection, to unforgettable yet straightforward tapas paired with a glass of sherry, every visit felt like part of the city’s rhythm.

A real highlight for us this week has been visiting Legado Shoreditch.

As Ken put it:
“This is a fantastic quality addition to the Shoreditch scene. Chef Nieves, a longtime friend from Sabor, Barrafina, and Fino, brings her wonderful Spanish culture and exceptional culinary offerings to London.”
It’s always a pleasure to see friends bring their talent to new spaces — and this one is set to become a favourite.

Comporta Eco Resort - Portugal

“Comporta is the new Hamptons” was the headline that first drew us to this unique stretch of Portugal’s Atlantic coast.

What we discovered is even more special:
• 65km of protected Atlantic beachfront, dunes and rice paddies
• A community that has quietly attracted the international design set
• An environment where leading modern architecture and sustainable living can thrive side by side
After years of research and collaboration, Mackay+Partners has prepared a detailed feasibility study for a zero-carbon, wellbeing-focused community in Melides. A place where villas and spa facilities are supported by farmland, vineyards, and gardens — producing food, wine, and wellbeing in harmony with the landscape.
This project is about more than development. It’s about creating a sustainable legacy for one of Europe’s most extraordinary destinations.
