Had the best time in Majorca with the fam āļøš“āØā¤ļø
Hereās a few snippets of reality š
Honestly have come so far with my holiday behaviours in terms of food and drink, as in it totally felt like no mental drama.
The negotiation is still there
šš¼ āDo I or donāt I have a drink?ā
šš¼ āDo I or donāt I eat more/lessā
But its much easier to make a decision and ride with it ā¤ļø
That was MIND work, not which diet should I do work.
I felt so much peace to just get on with it, enjoy it all and soak up living life āØāØāØ
I can only imagine whatās to come š„¹š„²š„°ššš

Youāre past food noise.
It aināt noisy anymore (letās just take a moment to appreciate that because thatās pretty huge ladybabyšš¤©šš¼)

And no, this isnāt about to turn into some anti diet, anti weight loss post.
Weight noise actually holds you back in your weight loss efforts long term because it gets you doing things that are counterintuitive to your goal š
And thatās why my work is so different to your regular stuff, because whether you want weight loss, weight maintenance or just to shut that noise the hell up, itās the work that needs to be done to make what youāre doing last ā¤ļø

Believe me when I say, I can chat to you about how to figure out your protocol, but thatās not where the juicy work isā¦ā¦
The juicy part is all the layers UNDERNEATH that.
And luckily for you, Iām obsessed with human behaviour and love helping people get to a place where they can be mentally free from not just food noise, but also weight loss noise which = a LOT of peace, freedom and a life of maintenance whether youāre losing it, lost it, or just plain old sick and tired of it piping up even when youāve done so much work to be ok around food āØ

You can heal all your relationship with food and then find yourself trapped with a load of thoughts that are nothing but habit thoughts that are driving youāre actions keeping you stuck in the same old š¤Æ
THIS was THE missing piece that I myself worked on, and my clients to change the results we kept circling for years.

Honestly, if Iād have just settled, Iād have never found the peace Iāve found.

2026 has so far been my year of identity crisis š¤£
But itās all been a part of my own growth š± and Iāve learned so much from it all!
Iāve had lots of things Iāve changed, but Iāve been coming from calm, not erratic, to gently move forwards, tweak, refine, learn, discard what isnāt working for me. And every step I take I get closer to aligning to what I want to do and how I want to do it.
Thank god Iām a pro at understanding what is happening š
Itās all relative.
For example, Iād have quickly deleted that post just as quick as I used to change diets in fear of doing the wrong thing.
But the secret ingredients have been calm, curiosity, with some spicy determination to āstayā with equal measures of knowing when to quit.
That is stay long enough in something to tweak and refine. And short enough without the āpanicā to know that youāre not staying stuck doing something that doesnāt feel aligned.
Everything we are and everything we do can be translated to our eating habits, our work, our lives.
Very hard to explain in a post⦠which is why Iāve got something exciting coming soon š
But for now, who else is/has experienced a bit of an identity crisis in their 40ās and beyond?!

PMDD is exhausting.
But what drains you even more
is trying to handle what happens inside you when it hitsā¦
without ever being shown how.
Because no one actually teaches you what to do when:
that thought about your body suddenly feels urgent
that moment with your partner turns into something bigger
that irritation with your kids doesnāt stay small
So you do what makes sense.
You try to think differently
calm yourself down
push through it
get back to normal as fast as possible
But the truth isā¦
thatās the part keeping it feeling the same every month
Because youāre trying to get away from something
youāve never learned how to be in
And PMDD amplifies that
Which is why it keeps taking you out the same way
no matter how much you āunderstandā it
The shift isnāt in doing more
Itās in learning how to stay with yourself
in the moments you usually lose yourself
Thatās the work
