I made this 45-second video to answer the question I get asked most:
"What does Fidenti actually do?"
Most interview prep tools stop at the interview.
Fidenti doesn't.
You practice the interview. Then you practice the salary negotiation.
Because you can nail every question and still lose thousands when the money conversation starts — simply because nobody ever taught you how to handle it.
The AI pushes back on weak answers. You get scored. You get specific feedback. Then you practice negotiating the offer.
One free session. No account needed. No card required.

Interview tip 💡
"Tell me about a time you failed" isn't testing whether you've failed.
It's testing whether you can talk about it without getting defensive.
Structure that works:

1️⃣ Pick something real

2️⃣ Own it — no "but in my defence"

3️⃣ What you did about it at the time

4️⃣ What changed in how you work because of it
Nobody expects perfection. They're checking if you repeat mistakes or learn from them.

AI is quietly changing how companies hire — and most people applying for jobs right now don't realise it.
Your CV is probably being read by an algorithm before any human sees it. Interview questions are increasingly AI-generated. And your online presence is being scanned before you even get a call back.
The bar is getting higher. The margin for error in actual interviews is getting smaller.
That's exactly why I built Fidenti — an AI interview coach that lets you practise real scenarios and get instant feedback, so when the real interview comes you're already ready.
The candidates who adapt fastest are the ones getting hired. 💡

Most people who are underpaid don't even know it.

They just feel frustrated. Undervalued. Stuck.

5 signs you're being underpaid:

❌ No raise in over 12 months
❌ New hires earning what you earn
❌ Your responsibilities grew but your salary didn't
❌ Glassdoor shows a higher market rate for your role
❌ You feel undervalued but don't know how to bring it up

The fix?

Research your market rate. Write down everything you do now versus two years ago. Book time with your manager. Then say:

"I'd like to discuss my compensation. Based on my expanded responsibilities and the current market rate I believe there is room to review my salary."

Then stop talking. Let them respond.

Negotiation feels awkward because most people have never practised it.

It is a skill. And skills can be learned.

AI is already deciding if you get the job. 🤖

Here's what most job seekers don't know:

❌ AI screens your CV before any human sees it
❌ AI conducts your first video interview at major companies
❌ AI is replacing the entry-level roles people are applying for right now

But here's what AI can't replace:

✅ A human who communicates brilliantly under pressure
✅ Someone who tells their story with clarity and confidence
✅ A candidate who knows their worth and negotiates it

The future of job hunting isn't about fighting AI.

It's about being so good at the human parts that AI becomes irrelevant.

Practice those parts. Obsessively.

You just got the call.
Interview tomorrow. 24 hours to prepare.
Here's exactly what to do:
𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟭 — Research the company
Go to their website. Read their About page. Find 3 things they're proud of. You'll use these to show you actually care.
𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟮 — Study the job description
Highlight every skill they mention. Write one example from your experience next to each one. This is your ammunition.
𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟯 — Prepare your stories
Every interview comes down to the same question: "Prove it."
Prepare 5 stories using this format:
• Situation
• What you did
• The result (with numbers if possible)
𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟰 — Practice out loud
This is the one most people skip.
Thinking your answers in your head is not the same as saying them out loud under pressure. Your brain lies to you. Your mouth tells the truth.
Practice until the words feel natural — not rehearsed.
𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟱 — Prepare your questions
Always have 3 questions ready for the end.
The best one: "What does success look like in this role after 90 days?"
It shows you're already thinking like an employee.
𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟲 — Sleep
Seriously. A sharp, rested brain outperforms a tired, over-prepared one every time.

The difference between candidates who get offers and those who don't?
It's rarely talent. It's almost always preparation.
Good luck tomorrow. You've got this. 💪

Most people accept the first salary offer they get.

Not because they're happy with it.

Because they don't know what to say next.

Here's how to negotiate without feeling awkward:

𝟭. Don't negotiate against yourself
Never say your number first. When asked "what are your salary expectations?", respond with:
"I'd love to understand the full scope of the role first — what's the budgeted range for this position?"

Let them go first. Always!

𝟮. Anchor high — but not crazy
Research the market rate. Then ask for 15-20% above what you actually want.

This gives you room to "compromise" and still land where you wanted.
