As a small school, we create an environment where every pupil is truly known, valued and supported as an individual.

Strong relationships are at the heart of our small school community. Staff know each student personally, enabling us to celebrate their strengths, nurture their potential and provide tailored support throughout their educational journey. In the classroom and beyond, every girl is encouraged to participate, contribute and take advantage of the opportunities available to her.

Our close-knit community fosters a strong sense of belonging. Pupils build meaningful relationships with both staff and peers, developing the confidence to take risks, embrace challenges and grow as individuals. For families, our size also enables open communication and a genuine partnership between home and school.

💛 The Autism Centre Spotlight 💛
Unique Theatre Company did a short workshop with EHCP students on ‘Hope Road’, covering topics such as migration, empathy and propaganda. They were very complimentary about the students’ interaction and the students fed back that it was a fun workshop to be in. We hope to have them back in again soon for a longer workshop this coming academic year!

✨ Results Day 2026 ✨

What a fantastic day celebrating the achievements of our students! 🎉

We are incredibly proud of the exceptional and outstanding results achieved by so many of our girls. Their hard work, determination and resilience have truly paid off, and we couldn’t be prouder of what they have accomplished. 💗

But today is about celebrating every single student. Whatever their results, each girl should be incredibly proud of how far she has come and everything she has achieved.

A huge congratulations to all of our students, and a heartfelt thank you to our amazing staff, families and everyone who has supported them along the way. 🌟

You have made us incredibly proud. Well done, Brentford girls! 💕

🌿⚡ Our Year 12 Biology students had an unforgettable day at Kew Gardens!

Despite the cold, wet weather and a dramatic thunderstorm complete with lightning that eventually chased them out of the gardens; it was a fantastic day of hands-on learning.

Students developed their ecology fieldwork skills by using quadrats and belt transects, as well as a range of scientific equipment to measure soil pH, light intensity, soil moisture and soil hardness. They also learned how to identify a variety of plant species, bringing their classroom learning to life.

A huge thank you to the incredible Kew Gardens staff, who made the experience so engaging and informative. Everyone came away having learned so much, and many of our students are already planning a return visit in their own time after being inspired by such a beautiful place.

There were plenty of memorable moments too-from almost adopting a friendly fox to Ms Vaughn delighting in picking up every weird and wonderful creature she could find (much to the horror of some of the students, who definitely didn't share her enthusiasm for the "cute" critters!).

A brilliant day of science, discovery and adventure—even if the weather had the final say! 🌱🦊🌧️

As we prepare for another successful term, we'd like to remind all students and parents of the importance of meeting Brentford School for Girls' uniform expectations.

Wearing the correct uniform helps promote pride in our school, creates a positive learning environment, and ensures all students are ready to learn each day.

Please take a moment to check that all uniform items, footwear, jewellery, and hairstyles meet our school guidelines before the start of the school day.

Thank you for your continued support in helping our students look smart, feel confident, and represent our school with pride. 💕✨

🎭 Our GCSE Drama students recently enjoyed an unforgettable trip to see The Hunger Games live on stage!

Accompanied by our Head of Drama, Ms Marsh, students had the opportunity to experience an exciting professional theatre production, seeing first-hand how performance, lighting, sound, staging, and set design combine to bring a story to life.

The visit provided plenty of inspiration for their own practical work and deepened their understanding of the theatrical techniques they explore in lessons. It was a fantastic experience, with students returning full of creativity, enthusiasm, and ideas for future performances.

A huge thank you to Ms Marsh for organising such a memorable and inspiring trip! 👏✨
