Friendly reminder: You have the power to change your thoughts! 🚀
✨As someone who has struggled (and struggles) with limiting beliefs, I know how hard it can be to turn those thoughts around.
✨ It takes work, awareness, ownership and effort every single day. But most important is this: it is possible to change them. You can stop and allow them to take over your career or you can own them. The choice is yours, what path do you want to choose? 🌱

Do you feel like sometimes not knowing how to achieve your goals can get a bit overwhelming? 😵💫
If you're committed to your goals NOTHING can stop you on your path, and these steps have helped me to do so in a sustainable way 🚀
✨Define your goal: What do you want to achieve? Clarity is essential! It’s important to define our goals ourselves and that they are meaningful to us. But remember to be flexible and ready to revisit, shift and redefine the goals as we learn and grow from our experiences.
✨Break down your goal into milestones and outcomes: The milestones are the ladder to achieve the goals, we need to start working backwards from the goal, what are the steps to get there? Is there a timeline? how does this align to your goal?
✨Create actionable steps: We have the milestones and outcomes that are guiding us towards our goal, but they can still feel big and confusing. Breaking the milestones into smaller steps help us to make them more actionable! If you’ve ever found yourself unable to take action, it’s likely because you made this step too big and scary, try breaking it down!
✨Take it one step at a time: Then… take that step! It's important to remember that nobody's path is linear, and if you just keep moving forward — no matter how slow your steps are, or how small your steps are — you WILL get closer to your goals!
Do you have any tricks to deal with overwhelm when working on your goals? I would love to hear! 👇

We all make mistakes, and I have made all of these in my career! 🙋♀️
If you want to grow in your career, it's time to take a look at this list...can you see anything familiar? 🤔
❌ I always thought that other people would know what was best for my career or that because I had a good performance I was going to be given the opportunities I wanted, but it doesn’t work that way! I had to learn the hard way what steps to take to avoid repeating the same mistakes over and over again. 😵💫
⚡️This is why I know it’s super important for you to gain clarity in your goals, create a plan that suits your needs and take action to avoid these mistakes and 🌱 grow in your career!
Have you made any of these mistakes? 🤗

Can the way we think about ourselves and our skills impact our lives? 🧠 Absolutely!
The way we think about our intelligence and talents influence what we achieve in our career, how we react to challenges or mistakes, and if we move on to acquire new skills.💪
🌱A growth mindset means that intelligence can be trained and that most basic abilities can be developed through dedication, hard work and persistence.
Here are some tips to cultivate it: 👇
🚀See your challenges as opportunities
🌱Prioritise growth over speed
✨Replace the word “failing” with the word “learning”
🤔 Reflect, reflect, reflect
How do you cultivate your growth mindset? Are there any tips you would like to share? 🤗

Quiet people can do amazing things.
If you resonate with one or more of the statements here you might be a fellow introvert. 🙋♀️
I have always thought of myself as quiet and shy. When I first started my career journey I was striving to be an extrovert because that is what I believed to be ideal. Of course, that left me drained most of the time. I would often question myself:
🤔 why am I not able to interact like other people in meetings?
🤔 why do I get exhausted after being with lots of people?
🤔 Is there something wrong with me?
It wasn’t until later in my career that I’ve made peace with my introversion and I’ve learned to say no to things that don’t give me energy, realised that those meaningful conversations I enjoyed so much built meaningful connections and found the tools that work for me and my strengths.
Introverts are thinkers, problem solvers, doers, creatives and so much more! Understanding and accepting your introversion will empower you to grow in your career 🙌
Are you an introvert? Do you have any other signs to share?✨
