The RELAX Study targets worry and anxiety in pregnancy by asking people to listen to scenarios about everyday situations and think about different ways to respond to them. These are presented in 12 sessions over 4 weeks.

Professor Colette Hirsch explains how the training works in this short video.

We are looking for women who are 16-28 weeks pregnant, who worry a lot, to help trial this training to see how effective it is.
