Onboard and vet tutors

📌 Tender Administrator / Bid Writer – Loughton, Essex
Full-time | Competitive Salary

JDS Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Tender Administrator / Bid Writer to support the preparation and submission of tenders for local authorities. These tenders focus on providing home and outreach tutors for students unable to attend school due to school phobia, SEND, SEMH, medical needs, and other barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write, prepare, and submit tender documents
• Coordinate information from internal teams and manage deadlines
• Maintain bid libraries and compliance documents
• Proofread, edit, and track submissions
• Provide general support to the bid team

Ideal Candidate:
✔ Strong written communication and attention to detail
✔ Excellent organisational skills
✔ Experience in tender administration or similar (advantageous)
✔ Proactive, detail-driven, and able to work independently

JDS Recruitment are currently working with an all-through SEN school based in Loughton, Essex. They are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible on a full-time basis.
Role Details:
• Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Monday – Friday)
• Hours: 8:30am – 3:20pm (1:30pm finish on Fridays)
• Setting: All-through SEN school (ages 3–19)
• Location: Loughton, Essex
• Parking: Street Parking and Car Park on site
• Note: Willing to do personal care if required
Requirements:
• Previous experience of supporting SEN Students (preferably within a SEN School)
• Enhanced Child DBS registered on the Update Service
• Ability to provide two years’ worth of references.
• Availability to start immediately.
