may be over, but the message remains important.
This year, we were encouraged to take ACTION to support good mental health - because even the smallest actions can help people feel hopeful and less alone. And when we come together as the , those actions become even more powerful.
Across our campuses, it has been inspiring to see students supporting one another, starting conversations and taking meaningful moments to prioritise wellbeing.
Letās continue carrying that forward - not just during one week of the year, but throughout.
Here are a few reminders from last week:
⢠Check in on each other
⢠Take regular breaks from studying and computer/phone screens
⢠Speak to someone if things feel overwhelming
⢠Remember that asking for support is a strength and not a weakness.

Loving our snaps from š
Our amazing students shared honest feedback through a wellbeing survey and spoke openly about their day-to-day mental health and support needs.
Together, we began shaping simple action plans - turning insight into practical steps we can actually deliver as a community.
No noise. No performance. Just real conversations and a shared commitment to making wellbeing part of everyday life, not just a week.
Thanks to our students and staff for the openness, maturity and level of care shown throughout.
