Hello to you all. For those of you that have chatted to me via Insta or FB, you will know how much I love change. Not simply for the sake of change, but true change in how we lead our lives.
My story isnt unique but I wanted to share just a little more about me for those that I haven't had the pleasure of meeting. I am the child of a war baby. Both my parents had it pretty tough here in the UK during the 1940s. They were bought up by parents of a Victorian era - and so my own parents skills of how to discipline me and my siblings was, as you might guess, pretty tough.
Moving forward some 30 years after I was born I was blessed with an adorable son, and 6 years later with another. Having not been taught any real parenting skills, I simply did what my parents had done. I was firm, often too firm, which lead to my boys and my then wife not knowing what character they might see come through the door each night after a long days work.
Fast forward to 12 years ago when I decided to see a counsellor. It was challenging but life changing. Over the past 12 years those close to me have noticed incredible change in the person I now am.

Today I run my own successful coaching business, have published 4 books and enjoy it when my grown up kids invite me over to their house to spend time with them and their own children.
