Sara describes what happened after receiving one of the bespoke empowerments that helped shape Advanced Bespoke Empowerment Training.
Before the empowerment, she had been dealing with severe PTSD symptoms, including flashbacks, nightmares, poor sleep, anxiety and a nervous system that would not settle.
After the empowerment, the flashbacks and nightmares stopped completely. She slept properly, felt calmer, regained appetite, became more confident and began reconnecting with life again. A year later, none of the symptoms have returned.
