Gratitude π
Being grateful for the small things can have the biggest impact on our emotional wellbeing and mood β¨οΈ
Whilst many of us can get caught up in the negativity bias allowing the positives to fade away in the background, taking a minute each day to remind yourself of all the wonderful things that you do have, can bring more satisfaction and fulfilment to your life.
Take a moment now and think about the things you are grateful for , however small π
This could be your family, your health, the ability to walk, see, taste. π
If you're worried about something , think of ways you can transform that worry into something you can turn into a positive outlook. π
I hope you smile when you think of something π
Remember you have more than you know π

Let's teach our children to first and foremost love themselves, because the power of self-love has the capacity to heal the world.
Never give anyone else that power over your own self- worth and most importantly do not allow yourself to be cruel to yourself.
When ever you start to slip into negative self doubt, remind yourself of all the good qualities about yourself and why you are so wonderfully unique.
I am choosing to heal myself , I am choosing to not allow anyone including myself to take away all the beautiful and amazing things that make me ME. I have survived this long, in this imperfect world , being perfectly imperfect ππππ
I will no longer apologise for being who I am. I will no longer question my abilities, because all that I am is enough.
