Thank you Gianni and Paul for an incredible event. It was amazing energy with everybody who really are now forward-looking to really using these strategies and I appreciate you all.

I know it's a little bit technical but I hope a lot of you can see the power and the opportunity of what's here because this is what I call the Neo era: Neo Next Year Opportunities. We need to capitalize on this and lead forward with impact.

When my book hit New York Times bestseller, I said I wanted to speak in a stadium, like Madison Square Gardens, and four weeks later this happened.

It's amazing when you put your mind to something with the right intention. The keyword here is intention: you can really get what you focus on. Hard work, persistence, consistency, it all pays off.

All the hours, all the setbacks that people don't see but you persist through, really give you the process and the journey and that's what's important.

Trust the process and make it the person you have to become to achieve the goals that you want

Just landed in Sydney after a 25-hour flight and I have to say I'm super excited to be speaking at the Fortuna event and sharing the stage with icons.

I think one of the biggest lessons that we need to learn is that we always need to be learning and we always need to be making connections.

In today's world of AI we have to look at what is working, what's not working, and adapt to the ever-faster change of AI so we have to start adapting before it's too late.

Every day we wait, the gap gets bigger. Every time we delay, someone else is implementing more than us and therefore getting the edge.

If you're in Sydney, I'd love to see you there. It's going to be amazing. Over 10,000 people are going to be at this event. I so look forward to teaching you everything I've learned the last 20 years to be able to grow and scale businesses in the new era

Can't wait to be sharing the stage with these legends. A lot of these people on the panel have been some of my inspiration in really allowing me to succeed in life.

In life we have to have mentors and teachers. When we have teachers, speakers are leaders, teachers are leaders, and readers are leaders.

We must always be learning. We must always be traveling. It's going to be a 32 flight to be able to impact over 10,000 people at this event. I can't wait. Thank you, Fortuna, for having me and thank you, Paul and Micheal for making this happen 🙏

I just came off stage at the Health Optimization Summit in London. Thanks Tim 🙏

300 health experts in the room. And I showed them something most of them had never seen.

AI can now run the parts of your business that are burning you out.

Here is what I taught them:

1. Stop typing. Start talking. Tools like Wispr Flow turn your voice into perfect text with punctuation and context. Emails, WhatsApp, everything.

2. Let AI answer your emails. Connect it to your inbox, have it analyse five years of messages, and build a knowledge base. 80 percent of questions are the same. AI can reply the way you would.

3. Build a full presentation in minutes. Drop your own words into Gamma and it does the research, design and slides for you.

4. Find out what content actually works. AI can analyse your whole profile, tell you your best performing posts, who your audience is, and what they want more of.

5. Turn one video into a podcast. Drop it into NotebookLM and it becomes a full episode you can push to Spotify.

6. Clone yourself. My AI avatar hit 2 million views and gained 46,000 followers in 30 days. He is not even real.

7. Stop educating. Start edutaining. People do not want lectures. They want entertainment that teaches them something.

Most business owners are the Chief Everything Officer. Marketing, sales, admin, customer service. All of it.

AI gives you your time back. And your time is what grows the business.

One last thing I shared on that stage.

The true definition of a millionaire is not a million in the bank. It is impacting a million lives before you leave this planet.
