A lack of self-awareness is one of the reasons why many people fail to experience greater success. It holds us back in our careers, our happiness, our relationships and our emotional wellbeing.

But in order to address this, one actually has to first recognise the signs of low self-awareness. Otherwise, how can you do something about it?

Waiting for good things to happen is a passive path to success. This is your life. This is your career. Are you just going to sit there and wait for someone else to open the doors for you? Or are you going to step up and lead your own journeys and carve your own path?

You have to go out there and hustle. You have to face your fears and push through them. You have to do things you don’t feel like doing. You have to struggle, to focus and to commit to your goal.

If you want something bad enough, muster up all the courage and energy you have and take that first step now.

Are you easily distracted when working in an open plan office or even at home? Do you have a large and varied workload? Try thr POMODORO TECHNIQUE!

This helps you work in short bursts of time with short breaks in between. It is recommended to stick with a single task for 3-4 work periods of 25 minutes long. If you have a task that needs more than 4 Pomodoro’s it is recommended to divide the task into smaller more digestible steps.

Benefits include:
✅ sense of accomplishment as you finish tasks
✅ boost in your motivation and drive
✅ helps you stay focused and be more disciplined
✅ combat multitasking and improve concentration

When dоnе consistently, positive affirmations can prevent уоu frоm thinking nеgаtіvеlу and sabotaging yourself. Thеу саn hеlр уоu reprogram your mind and еlіmіnаtе уоur limiting beliefs because every time you repeat the affirmation, it sends a positive message from the conscious (thinking) part of the mind to the subconscious (action) part of the mind.

A good set of positive affirmations can help invite wealth, good health, and upgraded status into your life. It is one of the easiest and cheapest ways to improve your mind and well-being.

Your mindset is a set of beliefs that shape how you make sense of the world and yourself. It influences how you think, feel, and behave in any given situation. It means that what you believe about yourself impacts your success or failure.

There are two basic mindsets: limited and growth.
➡️ If you have a LIMITED mindset, you believe your abilities are fixed traits and therefore can't be changed. You may also believe that your talent and intelligence alone lead to success, and effort is not required.
➡️ On the other hand, if you have a GROWTH mindset, you believe that your talents and abilities can be developed over time through effort and persistence. They believe that everyone can get smarter or more talented if they work at it.
