Hi lovely people!

Do we all want to be famous? 😎🥂

I do not think we all do but I have to admit many of us (I include myself first in line) are tempted by the perks it brings 🤑

If I had to reflect on what attracts me of being famous I would not say the material and economic aspects of it 💸

I think being in the centre of attention and have the visibility which I wouldn’t have otherwise, that is what attracts me the most 📺

And it is easy to be tempted and we avoid to see what drawbacks it may have 🥊

Being in the spotlight goes both ways: you can be praised and you can be hated 🙌🤬

Sometimes I feel like I wouldn’t mind giving it a go…

My coaching supervisor Jeremy Lazarus always has great examples on how to communicate effectively to audiences with different profiles. Some people will be more open to hear what one has to say. Welcome to December! Last month of the year! ❄️

Whatever festivity you celebrate, it is clear that December is a month that concentrates lots of wishes and good energy ⚡️

I reckon the most common across all regions must be New Years Eve 🥳

I think the feeling must be due to getting near the end of something without worries of what come next and no accountability 🧘‍♂️

I am not saying that is the case, I am just saying that it would be an unconscious feeling along those lines 😑

I would recommend you that before getting swallowed by this month’s festivities to do a moment of self-reflection towards the past year and towards the following year in order to be ready for the swift change of years ✍️📘

Did you know that the term "Quiet quitting" was first traced back to a Business Insider article at the beginning of 2022? (Ito, 2022). This is a term which involves a negative connotation of the original term "work-to-rule" popularised in the 90s by the movie "Office Space". This term defines an employee doing exactly what he is contractually obligated to do. Whilst this is seen as negative unproductive behaviour by companies and even categorised as underperforming, legally speaking this would be aligned with the minimum expectations and cannot consitute motive for dismission.

Hi lovely people from Instagram!

As it is obvious, not everything that is shown on social media reflects the whole actual reality 🪞

I have been going throug period of depression due to a mix of circumstances (or so I think) 🤒

It has been one of those moments in which I have spiralled by stopping some healthy habits and starting some not so healthy ones 🗓

I am now at the stage of having identified it and am now looking forward to some bright things that will most surely heal me back to crazy old me 🤪

Even writing this post has been a way of healing ❤️‍🩹

I really hope you all are maintaining your healthy habits to protect yourself and that when you have those down moments (which we all have the right to have every now and then) that you have the tools to bring you back in the game 😊💙
