We know these unprecednented time have been difficult for everyone. There is so much you can do to help. Whether it be volunteering to help your local community, with food and medicine deliveries, doing the shopping for your neighbours that may be shielding, becoming a call befriender or helping at a food bank. It’s the little gestures that count. Please continue spreading the knowledge with your friends and family. Together we can prevent, protect and educate.
