The seats for spectators are arranged on three tiers. The lower tier accommodates 34,000 people, the middle one – 17,000, and the upper one – 39,000. The seats are comfortably arranged, with large spaces between them.

The grand structure known as "New Wembley" was commissioned and transferred to the ownership of the Football Association of the England national team on March 9, 2007. One of the most expensive stadiums in the world began its journey on the site of the old arena of the same name. The cost of the New Wembley is estimated at approximately 1.2 billion pounds (around 1.5 billion USD). This amount includes construction costs as well as expenses for infrastructure updates and other factors. The new stadium was built on the site of the old Wembley, and its opening was a significant event for football culture in the UK.
