Reasons why some struggle to build bigger glutesđđ˝
â˘Always in a calorie deficit - this goes for anyone trying to grow really⌠but females your glutes wonât grow if youâre consistently in a calorie deficit âdieting phaseâ to get leaner ⌠staying constantly in a calorie deficit will hinder your glutes to really grow! Girls you need to eeeeeat to growđ
â˘Pointless movement selection - stop wasting time & energy on b***y band donkey kicks, 2924 abductors on the abductor machine, side ways leg press ?? No, these are not going stress the glutes muscles enough to stimulate any kind of growthđ
đ˝ââď¸ be consistent on moves like Hip thrusts, RDLâs, Squats, lunges, leg press
â˘Not training hard enough - just going through the motions of each rep on each set isnât going to make the cutđ¤your working sets should be challenging, push for 1-2 more reps, hold that paused rep for longer, control that eccentric for longer, must be training close to failure to stimulate muscle growth, if your sessions not intense then why you wasting your energy!
â˘Patience - growing muscle is a slow process. Set yourself up for success, focus on bettering each session, focus on progressing each week, and be patient! đŹ
