Meet 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺
People often ask me what recovery really means. And I always ask them the same thing — because no two answers are ever the same. That’s why I created Restority: to fill the gap in addiction, mental health and wellness support with a deeply personal, inclusive approach.
I’ve seen how a timely, tailored plan can transform not just a life, but a whole family.
Recovery, to me, equals life. It’s about nurturing every part of who you are — your emotions, your growth, your sense of self. At Restority, we meet you where you are, without shame, without judgment. My goal is to create a space that feels like a retreat — one where people feel safe, supported, empowered, and seen.
Keep close to see more updates on Restority, I’m excited to take you along with me! 🦋

Out of all the jobs you could ever have, being a Mumma is the most important. The most soul magic purpose heart throbbing wonderment. It’s the closest thing to heaven. Show them everything. Show them their magic. Teach them yours. Love is the answer, always. 💛✌🏽🦋

This COA week has been unbelievable.
Back in Parliament to plea with the government to reinstate support for children of alcoholics after they cut all help and their dedicated strategy in 2022!
A human tragedy that we know will end up costing the NHS millions down the road.
We will never stop championing the needs of children affected by a parent’s drinking.
A special thanks to Amelie & Lucy.
Amelie is an incredible girl who wrote a powerful letter to the government to raise concerns for COAs funding and support through her own lived experience. Amelie is 12. Lucy is her inspirational mum whose support to Amelie is outstanding.
for leading from the front walking a whopping 92 MILES and raising £5K to deliver the letter by hand to 10 Downing Street!
To for utilising his connection in government and using his emotive voice to raise support and awareness for Nacoa always
To who has taken the lead on the internal government board
for his continued work and advocacy with Nacoa always
tominey for her continuous support in the National press and wonderful character in hosting thee panel and lectures
for his authentic voice and determination and passion for this cause, always

What a fantastic day yesterday at The Forward Trust South East Kent Staff Conference.
I was able to speak about our services in Recovery Support & Forward Connect, we heard from lots of incredible and inspiring speakers and shares throughout the day and came together to appreciate the work we achieve as a collective.
You would have thought it was a breeze to me by now speaking in front of large audiences but no. Sometimes I feel nervous and sometimes I don’t. Yesterday I was nervous. But the enthusiasm from my colleagues and passion for what we do helps me to stiffen my knees and get up there. After all, what is Addiction Recovery without personal development and This work deserves to be shouted about.

You don’t need a drink or a substance. Your need can be met with a positive alternative. Identify the need, allow it to exist and get curious about a new way to meet it! Hit me up in my DMs if you want to explore with me in a safe, confidential and free space. 💙🦋💫

Fabulous to chat to Matt this week and see himself with the Queen of Interviews Bryony on a live recording of her podcast
I personally loved hearing Matt’s perspective on one size not fitting all, one thing you all hear me say nearly every day 😉
and joined us for our Addiction Awareness Week Event
I will share more but for now I just want to recognise how powerful and emotional the evening was. I feel so honoured to be a part of this campaign and feel proud of the work we all do together. Recovery is possible! 🦋💫

This year (and always) is all about removing the stigma that comes with addiction and we’re on a mission to highlight how addiction affects everyone but recovery is possible. I recently heard a speaker share that “it’s hard to believe what we can’t see.” As this is exactly the case here. Recovery is more possible if it’s visible.
Addiction Awareness week returns this November 30th 2024 💜✨ Watch this space as I’ll be sharing more from the day and for taking action on addiction
