Although truth can seem scary sometimes,

Like learning an uncomfortable truth about ourselves, noticing the truth about what we really want, the truth about someone else, about life, how the the universe works….

If we understand the liberation it brings after learning the truth…we can summon a bit more courage to face it.

Best in mind, often times Your believes, are not the truth…they are just believed you choose consciously or uncontrollably as a way to navigate life in a familiar way!

Often times the truth, will take you out from that familiarity! Be brave and embrace it!

Aunque la verdad a veces puede parecer aterradora…

como al descubrir una verdad incómoda sobre nosotros mismos, darnos cuenta de lo que realmente queremos, la verdad sobre otra persona, sobre la vida, sobre cómo funciona el universo…

Si comprendemos la liberación que trae consigo conocer la verdad, podemos reunir el valor suficiente para afrontarla.

Recuerda que, a menudo, tus creencias no son la verdad… simplemente son creencias que eliges consciente o inconscientemente para navegar por la vida de una manera familiar.

Muchas veces, la verdad te sacará de esa familiaridad. ¡Sé valiente y abrázala!
