The word of the week is "Tree" and the book of the week is " The Very Hungry Caterpillar". πŸ›
This week we explored nature and transformation with our children! First, we listened to our story and then we created our own art projects inspired by the journey of the very hungry caterpillar becoming a butterfly.πŸ¦‹
While creating caterpillars, leaves and colorful butterflies the children used their imagination and also developed their fine motor skills. 🌿

🌸Excitement for Mother's Day at Millbrook Preschool🌸
For Mother's Day our children designed cards for their mothers, prepared flowers, draw pictures and made special crowns just for them.
These heartfelt creations provided a wonderful opportunity for our children to express their love and strong bond with their mothers.

Our word of the week is "Device".
This week, we explored the devices we use in our daily lives with our children. While talking about what phones, tablets and other technological tools are used for we also learned about the importance of using them safely.
Through art activities, story time and games the children learned new vocabulary and explored ways to use technology correctly and safelyπŸ“±πŸ’»βœ¨οΈ

Today our preschoolers celebrated World Book Day by dressing up as their favourite storybook characters. The children enjoyed exploring different learning areas inspired by well-loved looks, bringing stories to life through play, imagination and creativity. It was a wonderful day of storytelling, role play and discovering the joy that books can bring. 🌟
