In this class you will learn authentic Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan. Tai Chi Chuan, often abbreviated as “tai chi” is practiced for health, wellbeing and self defence.

Every Monday morning (10-11am) I run a free outdoor Qigong class open for anyone who would like to try this ancient Chinese practice.

Qigong is practiced for many reasons most importantly for health and all round wellbeing. The slow gentle movements make Qigong an activity that enables all ages and abilities to take part.
