The Aldric Vessel. Blown glass enclosure, oak pedestal base, origin disputed. Recovered from the private collection of a Viennese antiquarian following his unexplained disappearance, 1891. Interior dimensions assessed as geometrically inconsistent with exterior measurements. A single entity of unknown classification is contained within; the method of enclosure is not documented and the seal shows no visible join or fastening. Elowen of the Ashwood. Elven female, estimated height 5’6”, woodland provenance, region unconfirmed. Single field observation recorded by a surveying party in the forests of Dartmoor, Devon, 1878. Pointed auricular anatomy noted; otherwise consistent with human morphology. Armed with a longbow of unidentified wood construction; quiver of seven arrows, fletched with unidentified grey feathers. Subject turned and made direct visual contact with the observer for approximately four seconds before withdrawing into the treeline. No subsequent sightings reported from the same location. The Vessel of Basira. Gilt brass rosewater sprinkler, Persian provenance. Recovered from a private collection dispersed at auction, Constantinople, 1887. Pedestal base, bulbous body with dense arabesques and floral relief work, elongated neck terminating in a crescent-form spout. Original contents unrecorded at time of acquisition. Subsequent handlers report a faint floral scent persistent in the surrounding air that does not correspond to any identified botanical source. Current contents: unverified. Properties: Under Study.

The Caldermere Mercat. Chimeric quadruped, feline-piscine morphology, coastal British provenance. First documented by a natural history surveyor near Caldermere Inlet, Devon, 1871. Feline cranial and forelimb anatomy intact; dorsal and caudal regions exhibit full piscine scaling, coloration transitioning from amber at the neck through green to deep red at the tail fin. Specimen was observed seated at the waterline for approximately two hours before retreating into the shallows. Dietary habits undetermined. Behavior: Undetermined.

The Velmoor Stone. Raw amethyst crystal, quartz matrix, host rock partially intact, Uruguayan provenance. Recovered from a sealed chamber beneath a private estate, Montevideo, 1882. Primary crystal measures approximately 34 cm at longest facet; coloration deepens anomalously toward the interior under natural light. Estate records indicate the stone was acquired by the original owner under undisclosed circumstances and was never displayed publicly. Three successive owners reported an inability to remain in the same room with it after dark. Current custodial status unresolved. Properties: Under Study.

The Triune. Humanoid biped, estimated height 6’8”, range unconfirmed. First reported in the highlands of Anatolia, 1858, by a surveying party who declined to provide formal testimony. Bilateral ocular anatomy consistent with known human morphology; a third ocular organ present at the medial forehead, fully developed and independently motile. Field observers report sustained discomfort when subject to its direct gaze. Subsequent expeditions to the region of first contact returned without incident or observation. The Aldenmoor Harness. Full plate, Milan-forged steel, Northern European provenance. Recovered from the sealed armoury of Aldenmoor Keep, Flanders, 1871. Spiked great helm, articulated pauldrons, chainmail underskirt. No heraldic markings present on any surface. Records recovered with the suit indicate it had been sealed within the armoury for no less than forty years prior to discovery, with no documented owner in that period. Condition assessed as exceptional relative to estimated age. Wearer identity: unestablished. Classification: Specimen Recovered.

The Ironfeld Revenant. Reanimated remains, partial plate armour, Northern European provenance. First documented near the ruins of Ironfeld Garrison, Prussia, 1863. Armour consistent with 14th-century military issue; identity of original occupant unestablished. Ribcage and upper legs exposed; lower extremities fitted with deteriorating leather greaves. Field notes recovered from the site indicate the figure was observed standing motionless for three consecutive days before relocating. Subsequent attempts to relocate the specimen were unsuccessful. The Ravenswood Gazing Glass. Polished lead crystal, gilded brass mount, Yorkshire provenance. Recovered from the Ravenswood estate following the unexplained disappearance of its final recorded owner, 1883. Gemstone inlays set across claw-footed base. Interior luminescence present at time of recovery; source unattributed. Estate correspondence recovered with the sphere indicates the object had passed through six owners in thirty years; each is noted as having ceased use without recorded explanation. The European Werewolf. Genus homo lupus, family lycanthropidae. Field observed, Black Forest, Germany, 1864. Bipedal. Estimated height: 7 ft in transformed state. Nocturnal.
