I wrote an article last year about the negative impact of uncontrolled gaming that leads to escapism of reality that is pretty much in line with The Anxious Generation written by Jonathan Haidt ( hot in the news and the most talked about book these days …)

The negative effects of Smart Phone + Social Media + uncontrolled Gaming lead teens to anxiety/ loneliness/ depression …

Parents love their children and want them to be safe but also they are not responsible if handing over the keys to addictions.
Like a captain on a ship , dear Parents your responsibility is to steer your child away from potential dangers of prelonged gaming.

Jonathan Haidt has 4 easy steps for Rewiring of Childhood :

1. No smart phone : give them a brick
2. No social media until 16
3. Phone Free School
4. Free play in the real world ( don’t loose your freedom in exchange for mental prison )

I am feeling very EXCITED 😍 to share insights from my latest article on implementing the Professor Happy program for the April 2024 edition of Coaching Perspectives !!!
We've seen significant advancements in children’s social skills and well-being through activities designed to foster character strengths and goal-setting.
This initiative highlights the vital role of positive psychology in educational settings integrating the PERMA model into a Montessori educational approach.
