Let me tell you a story...​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​One of these magical after-story moments, and I wanted to share.…one of my dearest friends on the planet is from Colorado.

Last year when she came, we went to the beach, and I could barely walk. Sort of mind-bending for a lifelong extreme athlete.

Two hip replacements within a year and half, and we walked ALL day, and I had worked out hard for two hours before I saw her! We danced, we laughed, and I realized that my legs can really do almost anything I was asking them to include “really" dancing for the first time. Felt like I was in a new world. And I am!!! Total Reinvention.

I want you to have Your after story but understand if there is anything you REALLY want and you don’t already have, it might take a lot. 🌟

It might take much more than you think. You might be afraid…. I hear you….. do it anyway! 🚀

It might feel like you don’t know how…. I hear you, keep going with that next doable step.

You might feel it’s too hard. You can endure hard things.

I have my life back. I’m so glad I didn’t stop when it all felt too hard, too scary, and too impossible.

If I did, I wouldn’t have been able to tell you, you can do that very hard ass mo' fo' thing. AND YOU CAN!! 💪🌟

There have been some very hard things happening in the last few years. I KNOW…..friend, I have been there.

Today I was alone in London I made a beautiful new friend (5 new friends actually…. )

She loves tea as much as me!!! ☕️❤️

The other friend I met who asked me to take a picture lives in New Jersey 30 minutes from me…. Came all the way to London to meet :)

Just reminded me you are never really alone in the world.

There are good and beautiful people everywhere. ❤️🙏
