Saturday’s event was a huge success! 🌟 We had the pleasure of meeting so many passionate future educators ready to make an impact. It’s inspiring to see so many potential candidates eager to join our SCITT program and begin their teaching journey. PLS are excited to support the next generation of teachers ✏️📚

Thank you to all the prospective teachers who joined us for our first information event of the year this evening.
Interviews are underway for the 23-24 cohort and we are excited to welcome even more potential outstanding teachers and leaders of the future over the coming months.
Our first in person information events begin next month. You will get a chance to visit a lesson in your chosen subject, get to know the team and pick the brains of our current and past trainee teachers.

Applications to train to teach are now open!
We are excited to begin interviewing soon. Remember that applications are open for the Tuition route in:
Art, Business Studies, Computing, Drama, English, Geography, History, Maths, MFL, Music, PE, RE, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Social Sciences, Primary.
PLS Teachers are four weeks into their training year. This week, formal lesson analysis’ begin.
Our biggest question from trainees at this point in the programme is “how do I manage my workload?”

PLS aims to train teachers who are as passionate about our community as we are. Our alumni often go on to become leaders in the very schools and communities they trained in. It is not too late to apply to begin training for a September start.
