Our aim is to relieve head teachers and their senior managers from the burden of organising staff cover by offering schools staffing solutions that are cost effective in terms of both time and recruitment costs. Our Safeguarding Teachers division provides outstanding supply teachers, experienced nursery nurses and teaching assistants offering schools and nurseries staff support on a day to day, short-term or long-term basis. An essential part of the service that we offer is to assist you in planning for anticipated absences such as INSET days, school journeys or situations where staff shortage is predicted. We ensure that all of our teachers are committed professionals with the accepted qualifications, required skills and personality to complement your school. This is done through performance assessment, vetting procedures (in line with DfE and APSCo guidance for employment agencies working with minors), in-depth interviews before registering, references, qualifications DBS certificates, Barred List and Code of Conduct agreement. Our Safeguarding Courses training and consultancy division provides off the shelf and bespoke support in all aspects of safeguarding to complement your individual requirements whether in education or business. The divisions objective is to work with small client groups here at our Training Centre or larger groups in your educational or business environment to provide practical and professional support that complies with the latest national and locally agreed procedures. Our highly experienced and qualified trainers will provide you with the tools, knowledge and motivation to effectively improve safeguarding and to develop rigorous child protection procedures in your establishment.
