We’re delighted to be joining this year’s Wealden Festival with our hands-on creative woodworking experiences!

Come and build with us using reclaimed wood, real tools, imagination and a healthy dose of creativity. Whether you’re creating a woodland creature, a speedy vehicle, a quirky invention or something completely unique, every build becomes a special keepsake to take home.

At Seed of Play, we believe that when children build with their own two hands, they’re building far more than wood. They’re building confidence, resilience, creativity and pride in what they’ve created.

⚡🔨 A little magic, a lot of creativity, and some very proud young builders!

We had the best time bringing the building fun to ’s Harry Potter-themed retreat, where children used real tools and recycled wood to build their very own wooden keepsake boxes. 🪵✨

It was wonderful to see how focused, engaged, and genuinely happy everyone was as they measured, drilled, screwed, decorated, and brought their creations to life. The concentration, creativity, and sense of achievement in the room was incredible to witness.

We’re so excited to be bringing Seed of Play to Goose Green as part of the Dulwich Festival this Sunday! It's our 3rd year here - hoooray!

Join us for a day of eco-friendly woodwork with a creative twist — where children can build, explore and create using real tools in a safe, guided and hands-on environment. ✨

From colourful planes to imaginative wooden creations, our workshops are all about confidence building, creativity, sustainability and good old-fashioned hands-on fun.
