Mathnasium fun crosses international waters!
Pearl has been with us for just over a month and has already won an award for most mastery checks. She was originally at Mathnasium of Rockridge in the US with her sister. A big hat tip to Lucy the centre director there for passing on 2 great children on to us here at Notting Hill.

Yesterday was our first STEAM session over the Summer holidays. Our first activity was building bridges out of gum drops and cocktail sticks. Some pretty good efforts from our year 1 to year 5's and then they got to eat the gum drops 😁😁

Here at Mathnasium Notting Hill , we asked our instructors to test out some of our Summer Steam Session games.
The favourite by a mile was the Spaghetti and Marshmallow tower challenge, this was the winning effort from one of our teams.

STEAM sessions are fun, interactive sessions where children experience Science and Maths in a real-world activity. We have a variety of activities on offer throughout the summer including, building spaghetti marshmallow towers, puzzle room and maze coding. On top of this, we introduce students to the ideas of sudoku, mathematical, and Euler paths all in a creative and encouraging environment.

Our Summer Programme starts from Monday 15th July and runs until Sunday 8th September.

Our summer package has been designed to offer maximum flexibility and we're happy to accommodate families who are jetting off for a couple of weeks. Please contact us to find out how sessions can be structured around your time away.
