Happy easter from Elm Park Nursery Clapham.
We believe that learning through play is so important. Our easter activities gave the children a chance to explore, stay active, and have fun while building confidence and enjoying new experiences together💛🐥

A day full of movement ,laughter, and Easter fun for our little ones🐣🥚.

Elm Park Gardening Club is officially underway and we're very excited to see our vision come to life!

We believe it is important that children are given the opportunity to nurture something of their own, take on responsibility and feel a sense of achievement in their accomplishment, which is why we have created our very own flower and vegetable patch!

Firstly, our Upper School children began helping with digging, before we added the picket fencing..
Next step, add the compost and seeds!

We can't wait to see what begins growing!🌻🥕🌼🥔 16/03/2026

Providing opportunities for children to explore, think and do is amazing ⭐
At Elm Park, we carefully watch every child in their chosen activities and scaffold their development in becoming a confident thinker, develop a sense of achievement and feel proud of every accomplishment from language expansion to detaching themselves from their key person and demonstrating self-exploration 👏

Our first Staff Meeting in the New Year completed!
Every month, we rotate our Staff Room board to show our latest learning - in January, we reviewed What is Pedagogy? and What does it look like?

In small groups, we identified ways we can strengthen the children's outcomes and begin to explore the existing methods, leading to a greater impact on helping children succeed in their Early Years! ⭐

Across December, the teams have produced wonderful door displays with our children, to reflect their creativity and imagination! The children's involvement is amazing, and for them to see their hard work on display is very exciting!

It's almost CHRISTMAS🎄⭐ and we had 2x very special visitors deliver presents for our wonderful children!
It was a delight to meet them, sing a Christmas carol together and even ask questions, including, "Did you get stuck in the chimney?"
