Verbalising where your boundaries stand may often not be enough.

👉 Protecting them is what you must learn.

Remember, it's your actions that do that, not the action of other people.

Don't expect others to change.

Sometimes our emotions are too strong and long lasting as we are struggling to control our thoughts that cause these emotions. If that happens we may feel quite strong unpleasant sensations.
In such cases in addition to the above steps I offer my clients to try quick and effective NLP techniques.
These are Neuro-linguistic programming "Fast - Aid" techniques that will help to significantly reduce or eliminate unwanted reactions in your body.

What you hate most in others is usually what you hate most in yourself.
Or wish to have..
Or wouldn't allow..

Let me share a story with you :
👇
On my recent coaching session with a client we happened to discuss one situation.
At first glance it may look like a silly thing.

However, my client sounded quite concerned.

One day client's sister bought a bag of sweets and sat in the lounge happily eating them.
When my client saw her, she became annoyed, because the sister "didn't think to offer and share the sweets" with the others in the family.

My client felt that her sister had an obligation to do so.
We then started looking and analysing my client's thoughts and emotions.

Why she felt that way.. Why she thought that her sister must always share..

At one moment my client realised that it was her who played the role of a "good girl", constantly tried to please others, thinking that attracted attention meant love.

She couldn't allow herself to do the same as her sister, by simply treating herself with something nice without thinking that she had to make others happy first.

That was the reason the client.
experienced these negative emotions Why she got really annoyed and felt resentment.

She couldn't stand in others what she didn't allow herself.


The subject of unrealised expectations was also explored but that is a different story.. 💫

YOU DON'T NEED A COACH because:

2️⃣ You are a confident person and can easily control your emotions
3️⃣ You have clear vision and know exactly how to reach your goals
4️⃣ You are highly motivated at all times
5️⃣ You know your purpose in life and feel fulfilled

Can you ✅ all 5 of them?

💡 But did you know that the BIGGEST limiting belief people have is when they say they "don't have any limiting beliefs"?
