If the answer is "right now", it's likely you'll be looking for ways to avoid unnecessary duplication, reduce siloed working or have more of an aligned approach on strategic initiatives.
This new guide on organisational structures follows a roundtable we hosted last Friday where comms leaders from a variety of industries shared their advice, decisions, and strategies for restructuring their functions to achieve greater alignment with business priorities, upskill communicators across the globe, and lower the costs of redundancy.
Read on to hear the advice these comms leaders have for you when embarking on a restructure, and download our full guide for further support.

Here's a little gem from Kademy coach Jenna Clarke...
Cross your arms. Now cross your arms the opposite way. How does it feel? Awkward? Weird? Hard to think about?
Think of this as a metaphor for changing behaviours through learning.
Often when you learn something new and try it for the first time it feels awkward. You have to think harder about it, it probably takes longer than usual, it’s not in your reflexes straight away and so chances are you'll stop and revert back to the way you did it before. But if you resist that urge, if you take the awkwardness as a good sign, if you push through it and keep doing that thing differently, then it gradually becomes easier and you’ll find yourself with a new double range of motion and a bigger comfort zone than you had before.
