I’m getting ahead this year and I’ve already started my Christmas shopping!

First things first, I wanted to get some little gifts to go into the kids’ Christmas Eve boxes and stockings, and Rex of London has SO many amazing options.

I picked up a whole mix of things for both kids — from building kits to keep them busy on Christmas Eve and let them pretend they’re little elves themselves, to kites they’ve been asking for forever, stationery, games, jokes and loads of little surprises.

And of course, I couldn’t forget Mila — I found bath toys, a ball, a tea set, puzzle blocks and so much more!

Everything is such a great size for stockings and Christmas boxes, and there’s genuinely something for children of all ages.

Rex of London is definitely one to add to your Christmas shopping list!

AD I was browsing for first birthday ideas for Mila, and I honestly didn’t even realise Micro Scooters had created this amazing 6-in-1!

It starts out as a rocker, which is perfect from 12 months, so Mila can feel like a big girl just like her brothers, while developing her independence, core strength and those essential gross motor skills that help with balance, coordination and confidence.

And as she grows, it transforms with her, from a rocker, into a ride-on, then a scooter, so it’s something she can actually grow into rather than outgrow after a few months.

I also love that she has her very own pink scooter and matching helmet, just like her brothers. She’s absolutely convinced she’s one of the big kids now!

For a first birthday gift, I think it’s such a lovely combination of fun, independence and learning through play.

AD Baby sensory play doesn’t have to cost a fortune. ✨

A homemade foil cushion is one of our favourite low-cost activities. The crinkly sounds, shiny surface and different textures encourages babies to explore using their senses while developing curiosity and hand coordination.

AD | Autumn garden prep 🍂

With autumn approaching, we wanted to get our garden ready and find a practical place to store all of our outdoor cushions when they’re not in use.

We chose this outdoor storage unit from Outsunny, and it’s been the perfect addition to our garden. It gives us plenty of space to keep our outdoor furniture cushions dry, tidy and protected throughout the colder months, while keeping everything close by for those sunny days when we want to get back outside.

It’s made such a difference already and means we can keep the garden looking neat and organised as we head into autumn. 🍂🤎
