My Theatre School

As many of you know, My Theatre School was born during the pandemic, a time when the world paused, and we all faced new challenges. Together, we built a vibrant community where musical theatre lovers could come together, learn, and do what they love: sing, dance, and act. Creating this space from scratch, and seeing so many of you grow and thrive, is genuinely one of my proudest achievements.

After the world reopened, many returned to in-person classes, and our online subscriptions naturally slowed. Still, we kept My Theatre School open, determined to make musical theatre training accessible to everyone, no matter their circumstances. That’s why we offered the full experience for just £1, because we truly believe that the joy of musical theatre should be available to all.

However, due to significant increases in the costs from our course provider, Kajabi, and our commitment to keeping prices low for you, it’s become impossible for us to continue. With a heavy heart, I must let you know that My Theatre School will be closing on October 17th.

You still have one month left to make the most of everything inside the courses. I encourage you to revisit your favourite lessons, download any materials you’d like to keep, and squeeze every last drop of inspiration from the content before we say goodbye.

Thank you for being part of this incredible journey. Your passion, creativity, and support have meant the world to me and everyone involved in My Theatre School. While this chapter is closing, I hope the skills, confidence, and memories you’ve gained will stay with you for years to come.

Every great show has that moment after the interval where everything changes. Where the magic really happens. Where the story transforms into something extraordinary.

Welcome to our Act Two.

The foundations were laid. The lessons were learned. Now, something revolutionary is about to unfold.

This isn't just an interval - it's an evolution.

December 1st. The orchestra is tuning up. The stage is set.

It's your journey, now you're in control.

Getting better at something is hard, and it's completely up to you!

It has to be your decision, your choice to take action and start being the very best you can be. To work harder, to develop your skills in ways you didn't know were possible. You're really good and there is absolutely no reason why you can't be the next big thing.

It's all down to you, which is kinda cool, but also a little scary because if you don't do anything about it now, then it may never happen.

All you need is the right tools to support you along the way. YouTube has some great content on there, you can find loads of free training but then how do you know you're working on the right thing at the right time? Local theatre schools are fantastic, but more often than not they only run once a week.

Your development is important and needs a lot more attention than just once a week. That's why we created 'The Academy' at My Theatre School, to work alongside your local training (that's why it's so reasonably priced) so you can work on developing your skills at a time that is convenient for you.
