Yes itâs shocking, but it shouldnât be. Itâs just a simple fact, why is that offensive? As children grow into young adults and learn about s*x there needs to be more education available on consent and mutual respect. There is a spectrum of s*xual assault... are young boys aware that âbeing persuasiveâ or âalways getting what they wantâ could be s*xual abuse and emotionally harmful to the other person? As young women and men are empowered s*xually or otherwise this needs to come with self respect and knowledge that itâs ok to say yes and then say no, the way we dress is not an invitation and if you donât feel fully comfortable doing something someone is asking from you, say no.
