🚲🔐 Keeping our Pointers community safe!
Yesterday we welcomed to our school for a bike-marking session, organised by our Head of Sustainability, Mr O’L.
Families had the opportunity to have their bikes security marked and registered; a simple but effective way to help deter theft and make stolen bikes easier to identify and return.
A great initiative combining sustainability, cycling and community safety. A big thank you to the Met Police and Mr O’L for making it happen! 🚲♻️👮

Over the summer break, we’ve been busy working on something exciting! 👀

We’ve given our canteen and two downstairs classrooms a fresh new look, and we’re so excited for everyone to enjoy the new spaces.

The first day back at school can bring a whole mix of emotions. For children, it can feel exciting, nerve-wracking and a little bit scary. And for parents, that first goodbye can be just as emotional.

But then comes the smile, the familiar faces, the laughter and the feeling of being back where you belong.

Here’s to a wonderful new school year filled with friendship, discovery, confidence and lots of happy memories.

Do you like sausages? Because we have our very own Pointer Sausage!

It all started with our pupils, who worked with local supplier to create the perfect sausage for The Pointer School.

After tasting plenty of different options, the children voted for their favourite, and the Pointer Sausage was born!
Made especially for our pupils, it has reduced salt and pepper and is dairy, egg and gluten-free, making it a delicious option for everyone.

A sausage designed by our pupils, for our pupils. What’s not to love?
