It is children's mental health week!
Hello to all of our new followers! We are Psychresources!
Created by a passionate and experienced NHS professional who saw that was preserved for funded schools should be taught as basic life skills to all children.
And with the increase of mental health difficulties rising amongst children, we felt that it was important to focus on early intervention through the use of education workbooks to help manage anxiety, challenge negative thinking, foster social skills and develop the skill of mindfulness.
